I honestly can’t say enough wonderful things about Certified Japanese Auto Repair and Eddie! After a stressful experience at Honda where I was told my car was unsafe to drive and quoted an extremely high repair cost Eddie completely turned my situation around. He made me feel reassured that my vehicle was safe to drive until I could get the part ordered and fixed.<br><br>From the moment I walked in Eddie was honest, calm and reassuring. He scheduled an inspection for my car and explained everything clearly and confirmed that my car was safe to drive which immediately put me at ease. The level of integrity and transparency he showed is something you don’t see often in auto repair. Especially as a woman you hear about the opposite.<br><br>Not only did Eddie give me a fair and reasonable price but the work was completed quickly and professionally. What Honda quoted as a 35 hour job and thousands of dollars, Eddie and his team handled in just a few hours for a fraction of the cost. From scheduling my car to get inspected to reaching out when the parts arrived for my car to scheduling my appointment to fix my vehicle. Seriously the best, most honest mechanic I have ever met. The only reason I am reluctant to leave a review is I don’t want other people going to MY mechanic and taking up capacity. Eddie will take care of you. They have turned me away for work I thought I needed but didn’t, what else needs to be said.
