Excellent services. They took care of my lady, a Mercedes 250SLK “, like the queen she is. This meant a lot to me as other shops didn’t offer the quality of service this place did.<br>I was constantly updated on the progress of her repairs. They arranged Enterprise rental services which made it even better. I had a toddler in tow and they still accommodated me with no problem.<br>They are Champions in my opinion.

I had two doors repaired at this location. However, the locks have continued to malfunction repeatedly. I returned several times for repairs, but the issue keeps happening.<br>At this point, the door will not lock at all. I am very dissatisfied with the quality of service and do not recommend this place.

On July 18, 2025, Crash Champions tore apart my car without my approval, ignored my OEM-only parts request, and charged me $500 under protest. When I arranged an AAA tow, they refused to release the vehicle and its parts despite written authorization. I was injured and they caused major delays and stress. They work for insurance companies like Mercury, not you. I filed a BAR complaint.
