    I had a very disappointing experience at Kinnessys shop. I brought in my Mercedes for a door lock issue, and after keeping my car for 24 hours, they were still unable to diagnose the problem. I was told the part I provided was not correct, but when I took the same part to another shop, they were able to repair it without any issue.<br><br>On top of that, my driver's side window, which worked fine before, was damaged during their work and now struggles to go up and down. This shows a serious lack of care and knowledge when handling German vehicles.<br><br>While their prices may seem attractive, the quality of work is not there. I would caution anyone with a German car to avoid this shop, you risk leaving with more problems than you came in with!

    Edgar’d and the team at Kinnessys are absolute legends. Super honest, reliable, and just solid mechanics all around. They don’t try to upsell you on stuff you don’t need, and they always get the job done right and on time. They also take the time to explain everything. I’ve brought a few different cars here now and they’ve never let me down. Super nice guys too. If you’re looking for a place you can actually trust, this is it.
