Had a great experience here! I waited about 30 minutes in a car like drive-through. The staff was very friendly and there was a cute cat. The pricing felt fair. I’ll be back!

0 stars. Tri-Ced failed to pick up my recycling, claiming it was inaccessible because a car was parked in front of the bin. This claim is completely unacceptable. The recycling bin was touching the street and placed directly next to two other cans that were serviced without issue by Waste Management. The driver got off the truck and serviced my address, proving accessibility was not the problem.<br><br>I am located on a busy street and have no control over who parks or where people park. Expecting residents to manage street parking to accommodate Tri-Ced’s convenience is unreasonable. When I called to resolve this, I was met with dismissive and poor customer service and was again told the bins were “inaccessible,” despite clear evidence to the contrary.<br><br>This is a failure in service, accountability, and customer support. Tri-Ced needs to own this mistake and correct it, not deflect responsibility with excuses.

My overall expensive wasn’t good at all. I gave an extra star for hard working employees. They were attentive and guide cars to park. We went on a Saturday. There was such a long drive waiting wrapped around the street. Waited overall 1.5hr. Another 40min wait to cash out. Second star for an interesting experience with drive through.<br><br>I brought 3 bags and half varied bottle water, cans, glass etc. I don’t understand how they measure and pay out for each item. I see that they have a charge chart that explains all the pricing. However, I think they didn’t count or sort our items properly. In the end, we wasted more than 2 hours for only $2 cash back. It’s not worth it. Never coming back again. I’m pretty sure they miscalculated the amount.
