(New owner named Jeff ))) (look up)<br>Towing service<br>This company isn’t the same with out Joe<br>(Not joe )any longer who owns this business<br><br>My information to share with everyone his disrespect is huge…<br>(Jeff) answers today and hangs up )<br>(Twice )when I told him my daughter was stuck on the road in front of hospital<br>At the light<br>I asked him do you still have local tow for<br>$ 50.00<br><br>He said that’s been gone for years, thanks<br>And hangs up on me ….. I was polite the whole time.<br>Then when I called<br>Back and said someone hung up on me not sure if phone was disconnected is joe there? he said new owner<br>he said I don’t like your attitude go somewhere else<br>I said what is your name he said (Jeff)<br>I said I’ll be taking to owner he said owner is never here so good luck hung up again………….<br><br>Preferred towing was quick<br>Car was quickly moved from the light

If I could rate a zero..I feel a 1 is too deserving for this tow company! My daughter was in a bad car accident so Don's towing was called. They were ask to take the car to my daughter's place a 1/16th of a mile away and he towed it all the way to port Huron to his business. We were rushing home from Alabama so we could be with our daughter. Our son was there so he wanted to be helpful and get her vehicle home so we didn't have to worry about it. Even though we explained our situation and offered to email a copy of our drivers license they refused to let him pick it up charging us more because they would close before we reached port Huron. The police said the tow was $80 but when we got there the next day they said $500. This company takes advantage of people in grim situations. Not the company I would ever recommend!!! Don't call Don's Towing unless you like being taken advantage of!!!!!

I've used this company for years without a problem. Today is absolutely the last time I will ever do business with them.<br>Unbelievably rude drivers. Charging 80 dollars to tow 3 miles is ridiculous!<br>The person answering the phone needs a class in customer service!<br>Not to mention you were over 2 hours to get here when I was told less than a hour.
