Working with Derrick was one of the best towing experiences I have ever had. This guy was knowledgeable, friendly, and worked extremely hard for my crappy situation. During my chaotic time this guy was doing the Lords work. He could run his own company for sure. EXCELLENT work and customer service.

A&M Service Center, Inc, you said that once I decided to hire you, you would be there with me on the highway; but when I look back at the time I needed you the most, I see only one set of tire tracks on the road.<br><br>To which A&M replied, "we appreciate your business and we would never leave you on the side of the road. During your times of mechanical failure, when you see only ones set of tire tracks, it was then that we carried you."<br><br>And I was all like, yeah, that makes total sense now because I remember riding in the tow truck. Very unprofessional and rude. The guy who answered the phone kept hanging up because I was asking questions that I wasn't sure about. Most ridiculous highest prices I've ever seen I do not recommend this place at all scam alert!!!!!
