I’m frustrated with the level of customer service I received. After explaining my situation, the lady abruptly hung up when they were unable to help, which felt unprofessional and dismissive. I called back and was hung up on a second time. I completely understand if my request couldn’t be resolved, but hanging up on a customer twice is very unprofessional and disappointing.
