I drive a hour everyday to school and my Tahoe broke down in the parking garage on the 4th floor! My insurance company called 4 different people. They either couldn’t fit their tow truck in the 6 foot garage clearance or they wanted more money to get it out of the garage. My keys were passed from driver to driver since I’m a hour away and then ended up getting left in the office at the garage! FINALLY my insurance company found PAUL! He was a godsend! He went to the garage 3 different times to get my keys and then returned a 4th time! He got my truck right out of the parking garage and hauled it a hour back home for me! After 2 days of being stuck in that garage and dealing with a bunch of tow companies that didn’t know what they were doing I am so thankful for Paul! If you need a tow in Erie pa, Chautauqua county, or surrounding counties he’s the one to call! I cannot thank him enough! 5 plus stars from me! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ fast, efficient, and professional! Choose Paul!

Well I have nothing bad to say, the tow truck driver had very good conversation, he was on time and if I ever need a toe again I will call the price was very reasonable as well compared to some of the other towing companies

Paul is the man. Showed up in the middle of winter storm within an hour to tow my broken down rig home. No BS, no price gauging, stand up guy. Family members have also used him in the past and will be my go to for anything like this in the future.
