    Unprofessional, rude to people calling to ask questions. Does not accept card payments to get car out of impound. $345 is crazy for having the car from 6:30AM to 9:45 AM. And cash may be standard but being rude is not. A plus towing was professional and polite when I called them with questions. Also when I advised I would be giving one star review for being rude the guy said go ahead.

    We hit a deer on I 90 west of Sioux Falls. We were in a Rental Car and the car was damaged to much to keep driving. We had a terrible time with the Rental Car Company until Platinum Towing Owner Chris came and helped us! He was very quick to come load up the vehicle and was extremely helpful and polite and cared about our situation. He went out of his way to assist us to get where we needed to and all 5 of us were comfortable the whole time. He had a nice clean cab for us to ride in and took the vehicle all the way to The Owners home over 300 miles away! I’d highly recommend using Platinum Towing!!
