This is my second battery bought from this store for the same vehicle. The first one lasted a year longer than its warranty. They suggested the heavier duty one this time. I was in and out of the store and installed the new one in their parking lot. I appreciated The Veterans Discount which was a bonus. Great service and friendly.

I can't recommend enough not only for the service and product but just overall great experience. A battery I had installed elsewhere 2 years ago suddenly was acting up - leaving my 3 year old daughter and me with a car that wouldn't start multiple times in South Dakota winter.<br><br>Since the battery was under warranty I was waiting to get in at the location I originally purchased from (which was weeks out - even after calling to be seen earlier), left with no choice but to drive with this unreliable battery. I eventually had that appointment and was charged $100 diagnostic to tell me the battery was perfectly fine and then they sent me off in the car to brave another day of not knowing when or where I'd get stuck next.<br><br>I drove straight to Interstate All Battery from the appointment and they not only were able to open the hood of my car immediately (no weeks out appt needed), they were able to confirm the state of the battery was in no condition for a mom and a 3 year old to be driving around with and they replaced the battery (no $100 diagnostic fee either).<br><br>As a mom and a female that's always on guard when it comes to auto services - I felt seen and heard and my heart is still warm from the experience (that was 20min in total from the time leaving the other service center to driving away with a new, reliable battery and one less worry on my mind).<br><br>I applaud this business for looking beyond the diagnostic machine and took into account the humans that got stuck in the zoo parking lot after trying to enjoy family time together, constantly wondering if the car would start and, if not, if we'd be able to jump in time to make it (or to get AAA in time if not at home), and planning errands so that I'd never have to turn off the car.<br><br>Bravo bravo I wish more businesses could take note. Thank you so much for being helpful humans and the light after a very frustrating day.
