I had a flat tire on the interstate, & since I have roadside insurance, I decided to opt for safety & call a towing company. I just started calling companies at random and the first three told me no after hearing what I needed, but Heafner’s was willing to help. They had a truck at my location in less than 10 minutes. I was back on the road shortly after that. Great service & highly recommend them to anyone.

Hefner’s Towing was absolutely amazing. After waiting over 3½ hours for Progressive roadside assistance for a flat tire, we finally called a tire shop that recommended Hefner’s, and we are so grateful they did. Heather was incredible on the phone—kind, reassuring, and honest about their schedule. Even though she said there were several people ahead of us, they somehow got someone to us within about 30 minutes, which was such a relief. Our driver Zach was fantastic. He was professional, careful loading the car onto the flatbed, and incredibly kind during a stressful situation. This team truly cares about people and goes above and beyond. We are so appreciative of their help and highly recommend Hefner’s Towing. Just wonderful people. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Jay came to tow my vehicle. He was very nice, helpful and easy to work with. He was actually able to get my vehicle started (at no price) for me so it didn't need to be towed, which was really nice not to have to deal with going to my mechanic and all that. All in all a good experience.
