Replacing my battery was so easy with Battery One! They were recommended by a family member, and they did not disappoint! Darren did a quick install and rang me up. He was kind and thanked me for my purchase!<br>The whole ordeal took less than 20 minutes for me, as I have an easily accessible battery. I personally saved $100 by choosing Battery One versus purchasing a battery from an auto store.<br>Battery One also sells watch batteries, key fob batteries, as well as, industrial grade AA and AAA batteries. Christmas is coming and all of the toys need batteries! Lol<br>Highly recommend Battery One!

I just bought a Battery for my vehicle on July 28th 2025. My battery light has been coming on but when driving for a little it goes off. If I let the car sit like 15 hours without driving we have to jump it to start. Well I took it to Advance Auto with the battery light on and it said Replace Battery amd said it was only 12 volts. So this morning I took amd went to Battery One because of the light coming on again. ONCE I got over there tgeblight went off. I KNEW it would because Anyone knows When you drive a car it charges the battery. They tested it and said it was 13 Volts and said the battery was good. I COULD leave. I SAID no The battery is bad. It charged while driving over here. The man said Ma'am What do you want us to do about it. I SAID I have my receipt and I want a different battery. He said No I wont do that. I SAID what I paid for a new battery and it should be a good one. He said According to out test it is good its 13 Volts. I SAID yeah Because I just drove it from Waynesboro to Here. And He said I could leave because they weren't giving me a new battery even with me having a receipt for this one because It was charged and testing good by the time I got there. Or he said I could let my battery there a few days and he could test it in a few days. I WAS mad and left because I dont k ow I would be getting the same battery back or what. I should of read all the reviews before dealing with them. I WILL NOT GO BACK AND TELL ALL MY FRIENDS TO NOT GO THERE... paying that much for a battery it sure should last more then just 2 months

The battery I bought from them a year ago was getting weak. They checked it and said it needed replaced. They replaced it free under warranty. No questions asked. Great service!
