Dear Virginia, Thank you so much for answering my calls. I desperately needed any and all help at 12AM, 1AM & 2AM to find my car and where it went and she was able to get the job done right. I also had the opportunity to talk to her the following day and she was able to resolve all the issues I had. She picked up the phone every time and handled the situation with not only the finest customer service but with a spectacular attitude that brightened my mood. Thank you so very much. She not only NEEDS a raise but deserves recognition! Hopefully I will never talk to you again Virginia. Not because I don't like you but because I never want to have my car held hostage! Great encounters! I have had two vehicles towed by this company, and each time the customer service was impeccable. Ron Hill was the friendliest technician when he responded to my request the first time. I was pleasantly surprised to see him at my doorstep with my second request. I couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you so very much!

I have had a rough time with getting my car towed, and I will say That in any other case I would most likely not have my car back, but Michelle really worked with me to help me get back on track. I will say Rachel (who usually answers the phone) could use a bit of training on communicating to customers, unfortunately there was a lot of miscommunication because of it. Nonetheless, I give them 5 stars for their service overall and they are recommended.
