My daughter’s Jeep broke down about an hour out of town on her way back home from school and the dispatcher and driver were both amazing! They made sure to get to her ASAP so she was not stranded at a gas station alone for any longer than possible. They got to her within the hour and were both so nice and so helpful. MUCH APPRECIATED, I highly recommend them:)

State troopers drop my retired grandfather's car here. I left my birthday certificate and social in there and a guy told me he wouldn't get my personal documents out of there for me which can lead to identity fraud if left in the wrong hands. It should be highly illegal for him to ask me for $200 just to retrieve my identity. Its none of my business why the car is there, I just want my identity. Asking for money and keeping my identity is just wild.
