DO NOT take your vehicle here for services as simple as an OIL CHANGE! My car has been leaking since they messed it up on New Year's Eve. Maybe there was some toxicity in the workplace that day but when I brought my gorgeous Audi to them they caused malfunction lights to pop on and told me they couldn't do an alignment, it had to go to an actual Audi service department. It took me a month and a half to get it in the shop and now, Good Deal will not take any accountability. As far as I am concerned they owe me the $2,400 bucks Audi is charging me to get everything back to how it was before I let them mess it up in the first place.<br>IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR CAR-<br>BEWARE AND STAY FAR!!

To say that I am dissatisfied with the level of care and attention to detail I have received as a customer at this establishment would be a significant understatement.<br>I paid $1,000 for front and rear brake service, only to be required to return one week later due to the brakes having been installed incorrectly the first time—costing me additional time and inconvenience that should never have been necessary.<br>Earlier today, while driving, a warning message appeared on my dashboard, prompting me to take my vehicle to the nearest auto service center for a diagnostic. Upon inspection, I was informed that my oil dipstick had not been properly reinstalled, which directly caused the sensor error. I have not had any automotive service performed anywhere else since the brake work completed here.<br>When I contacted Gooddeal to inquire whether any additional checks were performed during the brake service, I was told that the notes indicated “oil was low,” strongly suggesting that the dipstick was handled and subsequently left improperly secured. As a direct result of this oversight, I incurred an unnecessary $50 diagnostic fee.<br>Given these circumstances, I believe reimbursement for this avoidable expense is the bare minimum expectation. More importantly, this pattern reflects a concerning lack of diligence in the quality of service provided—particularly unacceptable considering the substantial cost customers pay with the reasonable expectation that work will be completed correctly and thoroughly.<br>I expect this matter to be addressed promptly and professionally.

When my front brakes suddenly began grinding this morning, I went into Gooddeal without an appointment. Daniel and his team made the repairs in just a couple hours. It was an absolutely easy experience without pushy sales. I will definitely go back and would recommend them to anyone. I’m so grateful for how easy and FAST I was serviced. Thank you again guys!!
