I needed a tow from my house to college street which I live off of dunbar cave rd. so not to far. I called them and ask them to send out a driver and requested Tom but they say they don't take requests but here's the thing. Tom lives straight across the street from me and was on call and was at home waiting for a tow. Instead of sending Tom which needs the work cause he has a family of 7 they send Chris which is another really awesome driver from Madison street for the tow. I understand not taking requests just cause it could back up the process of tows and much more but Tom was on call and straight across the street waiting and wanting to work. Why would you send someone else that was busy already across town to do something that would have saved them gas and time. I had to wait for 30 mins or so for Chris cause he was busy on Madison Street instead of Tom that wasn't busy and was next door and could have had it there and been back before Chris even got here . The reason is cause Tom makes commission and Chris is hourly. They can save money by sending Chris but not worried about saving gas and letting Tom tow it. I just don't understand why? Anna doesn't even know when drivers are on call either. This will be the LAST time I use Danny's!!!! They also bought out Dickson's Towing but I see in near future of them failing also just because they are not running the business like a business should be ran. I have heard of a lot of customers complaining here lately on Danny's and we as customers are not happy with them...

My car was having brake issues and I needed it towed just a few minutes up the road to Budget Brakes. It was only $95 cash, and the woman who answered the phone gave excellent customer service. She was kind, helpful, and super clear about everything. She told me the wait would be around 45 minutes, which was already much better than the 2-hour wait from others — but the tow truck driver actually showed up in just 16 minutes!<br><br>I didn’t catch his first name, but we shared the same last name — Robinson. He was incredibly professional, polite, and handled everything smoothly.<br><br>If you’re in the Clarksville area and need a tow, I highly recommend Danny’s Towing. Fast, affordable, and friendly.
