My business is Central Coast Properties, specializing in both sales and property management. On a property I manage, tenants who just moved out left two junk cars on the property. This makes it more complicated than had they left the cars on the street. I spent some time one the telephone, calling towing companies. Most said "No" they would not tow in that situation. The only company that had said yes wanted to charge $700.00 per car. Xtreme Towing said they would come by (the following day) and tow both cars. And even better - all towing and storage charges would be the responsibility of the owner of the cars. I arrived a few minutes early. Kevin was all ready there with a large (expensive looking) immaculate tow truck. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Excellent is all I can say.

Worst tow place ever! Makes up their own prices! And takes advantage of handicap/ disabled elderly people always coming through the same apartment complex picking on handy-cap people vehicles towing cars with HANDY-CAP plact inside vehicle causing elderly people to pay almost 1000$ in a tow fee for being towed only a few hours WHEN THATS MY REGULAR HANDY CAP PARKING with my handy-cap plac in the window! Don’t use this tow company! The worst in Salinas!!! They have something against the disabled as well!!!!

i wish 0 stars was an option, customer service was extremely disrespectful worker named jesus/chuy not was only being super rude using fail language but also made an orderly lady being helped out before me cry. don’t get me started on how outrageous the prices are charged me 1,200$. My car was there 4 days with a daily rate of 125$ which i dont mind, but they charged me 2 hours of towage time (300$ hourly rate) because they said it took them 2 hours to tow my car from abbott st to their location (20 min drive at max) i tried asking chuy why they charged me 2 hours of tow time and he said because he had to move cars around in their chp yard where they keep the cars. keep in mind my car was the only one there. then proceeded to say if i wanted to keep asking questions he would charge me an extra 150$ for a gate fee because they close at 5. (it was 4:30) all i needed to do was sign a paper all in all horrible place it’s sad they get away with things like this!
