Salinas Garage Towing – Alex the Lifesaver! <br><br>Wow, what an experience! Alex came through via AAA to check on my car battery, and honestly, he was a total saver . With 16 years of experience under his belt, he didn’t just fix the issue he took the time to teach me something new .<br><br>Right away, he spotted that my battery wasn’t even the correct one . No rushing, no stress just pure professionalism, friendliness, and patience .<br><br>I left not only with my car in better shape but also with more knowledge thanks to Alex’s guidance. Looking forward to working with him again because service like this deserves to be celebrated .

Left my car at a gas station due to a flat tire, and my car got towed by this company (completely my fault I didn’t see the sign that said no parking overnight) and they were so incredibly kind. I hope my car never gets towed again lol but if it ever does I hope it’s by them.

Only four stars because there was a problem with dispatch or something I think they forgot about me and had me waiting for 2 hours when I was told it would only be 30mins-1 hour so I had to call them after an hour for an update. The driver, I think his name was Juan Carlos, was very nice and wasn’t mad when I confused him three times about where I was parked. He was very fast, careful and thorough. Even taught me some things and made me want to become a tow truck driver. Also learned his job consists of long hours, dirty jobs, and frustrating people. He seems like a very hard worker, I’m very thankful he helped me tow my car.
