A 20-year-old ran out of gas during a snow and ice storm and couldn’t safely return to her vehicle until road conditions improved. In the meantime, this company towed the car. It was in their lot for six days, and the total bill to retrieve it was over $1,000. Charging that amount in a winter emergency situation feels excessive and predatory — especially toward a young driver who was already dealing with dangerous weather conditions. Emergencies happen, particularly during storms, and companies should exercise reasonable pricing and transparency. I strongly encourage others to ask detailed questions about towing and daily storage rates before using this service.

My Dad was assaulted, robbed, and had 1 truck impound outside his home while the guy who did it stole his 08 Silverado and was finally caught near Ashland Tennessee. The gentleman at the counter understood the situation and we were able to recover the truck after a 4 and a half hour drive. Thanks again.

They solicited a tow recovery by contacting the Sheriff's department and stealing my vehicle before a different tow agency could get to it and then tried charging over $600 to get my vehicle back. I'm currently filing a complaint with the KY Attorney Generals office and KYDOMC. I advise everyone else that they've taken advantage of to do the same. File a consumer complaint with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet's Division of Motor Carriers. You can also contact the Kentucky Attorney General's Office of Consumer Protection or the Better Business Bureau.
