These guys know how to run a business.<br><br>The crew in the material warehouse is very professional; they're all knowledgeable about the material, and I can't remember a time when something I needed wasn't in stock.<br><br>The people on the other side in scrap and nonferrous are also helpful and very efficient.<br><br>The people in the office are okay, too.<br><br>I very much appreciate this team and have no reason to go anywhere else for my scrap and raw steel needs.<br><br>Big thanks to the whole crew for actually making this country great!

They lied about the prices of the metal over the phone. Then when I drove up to pay for it, the guy that loaded it up said it was 165. Then when I went to the window, the price turned into 265. Had some snobby girl working at the counter. pulled out my debit card to pay for it then she asked for my ID. I’ve never been asked for my ID to buy metal. I’ve never been to a place that ask you for your ID for something like this. I personally wouldn’t recommend this place. These people have a bad attitude. Honestly. They didn’t even try to fix the problem instead their “owner” convenes on here saying no one makes you buy anything. Why not offer to fix the problem instead of affirming terrible customer service?

Very disrespectful response from the “owner” when I commented on my experience. In no way shape or form was my complaint attempted to be resolved. I highly doubt this place has Better Business Bureau on their business name. This is a place of last resort to get metal from. The people who work there are not friendly & have 0 customer service. No need to explain every detail about how they do business there. All I can say is I recommend this place only if you have no other options. Good luck
