We received exceptional service from Frank's Towing!! They took good care of our vehicle. Prices are fair, our vehicle was in and out quickly, and we were back on the road safely (and safety really matters to this company) when Frank arrived the 1st thing he did was get us out of harms way. He literally said "the 1st thing I want to do is get you in a safe place" I would highly recommend this company, because they care about you first. Thanks Frank & team, I will not forget this experience

Totaled my car last night, ran off the road. Didn’t damage nothing but the car. Car flipped multiple times and landed on the passenger side, at the bridge down in a creek bed with no water. Talked with them and they told me to call bk in 30 min so they can update the price. Like what? call bk and they are trying to charge me $1900 to get my car back 12 hrs later. He stated because of the awkward position and where it was. It’s a totaled car, how hard to wench down and pick it up. It’s not like u have to be so careful to not damage it, it’s been wrecked and totaled. I swear this world has come to crap. I understand ppl need to feed their family but 1900$ is INSANE. Yes I know it’s on me for not having insurance. But wow. Do better!
