I have been going here for oil changes for the past six months and they have always been honest and quick. I value how they have open communication and when I say no to a service being done, they don’t push me to make a decision I didn’t come in to make. They filled my tires with air and did a check on my car and it went very well. They were kind and super quick! I used a coupon and it came out to be a very good price. As a college student scared to get their car done without help, they did amazing!

Honestly I do not recommend this place if you are a young woman. I came in for a simple oil change and was met with constant upselling that quickly turned into a $230 bill. I’ll own that I agreed to one of the services, but I did so trusting that the recommendations were honest and truly needed. The staff was not honest or clear about what actually needed to be done and made unnecessary services sound urgent. The focus felt more on selling add-ons than providing a straightforward oil change. The experience was misleading and I won’t be returning.

I have had many services done by VEC with both of my trucks. They even allow me to bring my own fluids. They are nice, professional, and more than competitive. I highly recommend them.
