If you’re going to order from these guys make sure you know exactly what you’re ordering. When it comes to sheet metal or probably a lot of specialty items these guys do drop shipping and don’t have the experience or knowledge. Anything above their Paygrade they will probably blame on you the consumer.<br><br>Even though the incorrect part was shipped out due to bad information from Auto obsession and the manufacture a guy named John I’m presuming the owner or manager would rather spend countless hours arguing with you rather than take care of the matter. As a speed shop and a business person this is frustrating I don’t have time to deal with customer service like this.<br><br>I contacted the manufacturer myself and they had zero problem issuing me the credit back or another item something that John should’ve taken care of in a matter of minutes instead of arguing and not following through.<br><br>I would suggest if you’re a professional in the industry go someplace else for your products dropship guys like this don’t have a lot of knowledge or answers and would rather take your money than solve problems.
