We have been coming to TO Toyota for 5 years for regular maintenance of my '16 Tacoma. We travel full-time and this little truck hauls my little home on wheels and family all over the country. Over 100k+ miles of towing at max capacity over the years, and we'd like to think that this truck has kept us safe and on the move in part thanks to the meticulous eyes of the service team here. Every time we took our truck in for an oil change and whatever scheduled maintenance issue, Daniel made sure everyone knew what this truck goes through and to go over it with fine tooth comb. We'd receive videos of the inspection as well as a detailed report of what's good, what to keep an eye out for, and what should be replaced right away. We really felt like they genuinely cared about our safety and the longevity of our truck. We're getting off the road now and moving to WA, but we will always be grateful to Daniel and the service team here at the hometown Toyota dealership for their care and attention over the years!
