Angelo was so helpful! I was in the middle of an oil change and my ratchet broke! I walked in explaining and he quickly offered his personal tools! It was so generous and helpful to this busy mom. It was a busy day and he helped so many others while I was there. The store manager and Angelo rocked the busy atmosphere by themselves and served customers with top service! Will come back just for their service and expertise.

Lucien the store manager was always very nice and helpful to anything I needed and his employees Jay and Low helped me to get the right parts and always very nice and helpful anytime I need a new part for my vehicle anytime I come into the store very good employees and Managers out at this store always hard at work when I come into this establishment and go out of their way to make sure I have the correct parts and always very friendly and Lucien has always made sure to fix and issues with any part that I ordered that was the right one and goes above and beyond to make sure you get the correct parts and helps put them on you vehicle when needed after to have something installed they was very helpful in installing the part on my vehicle after purchasing it !!! I would definitely recommend coming to this part store compared to any other one I have been too I had issues with another place in Salem same store just wouldn’t replace the parts with receipt even after it had not even been touched or used so I came to this one instead and I will always come to this Store for the future!!!!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Had everything I needed but one thing and the had it delivered the next day with no charge to me. Prices were on target
