The owner is the one that does the towing. He is the most rudest disrespectful person I’ve ever met! He hooked up my car with a minor in it with no warning or anything! I got out and asked him if he was allowed to do that and he said yes !<br>South Carolina law you are not allowed to hook up a car with people in there he must not know that, I done my research and have made my complaints against him, he tried to give me a hard time about taking my car out, saying that I needed it to be registered in the South Carolina state when I’m from Rhode Island. I had to get in contact with the officer that had him towed my car. the officer had to contact him and tell him he knew better. & seeing how my car is dropped. my brother tried to tell him that he might have to get a flatbed. It couldn’t be told like that because it’s also all-wheel-drive and he caught an attitude even with my brother even threatened to him for some friendly advice (my brother does what he does in Rhode Island) he had no choice, but to release the car to me! This guy it’s going to end up, hurting someone I don’t know how he still gets to towing for the state. I too am a business owner and I would never talk to anyone the way this man talked to me. With that if I can give less then 1 star I would.

Rudest disrespectful unprofessional ppl I could have ever met. He went in my neighbor's garage and repo a car broke the lock . She called him and he said it's his car. no it came from car Mart and they both should be sued. That was not the address that was on the paperwork with the car lot. I pray they get what's coming to them. A HOLES IF YOU KNOW WHAT I KNOW DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

I called them, I was looking for a towing company, and I accidentally called them three times... And the person I talked to was rude and said you already called me three times buddy and hung up the phone on me... That is not a good business practice.. if he would have spoken to me with respect they may have received a new costumer, I don't know if he was the Manager or just a employee but the rude reaction that I received just cost them some business, on a towing fee.. and I suggest anybody out there that needs a car to be towed do not contact these people they are unprofessional,..
