A deer hit me on the passenger side of my brand new Volkswagen Tiguan. Messed up my door, quarter panel, headlight, etc. My insurance suggested 2 places in Spartanburg and after going over reviews, I chose Caliber Collision. Boy and I glad that I did! Patrick was my adjuster and was the easiest to work with. I somehow (unknowingly) opted out of text updates...no idea how I managed to do that.. but anyway, he called me throughout the process with updates instead of leaving me hanging in the unknown. The repair service was quick, they even matched the paint color for the door and quarter panel perfectly so my car looks brand new again.<br>Crossing my fingers that I don't need them again but if I ever do, I will be a return customer!

I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but every time I wash my car it makes me upset to see it. I had to take my car to Calibur Collision on Image Drive a while back because a man rear-ended my car and tore the back off. His insurance paid for my damages as long as I used Calibur Collision on Image Drive. So I took it there. When they “finished” the work on it, the paint job was that orange peel look. Very poorly done. It was so obvious, but I think they thought I wouldn’t notice. Other parts that had to be painted were also the same way. So I asked them to fix that because I wasn’t accepting that. They also didn’t notice that the front had to be fixed. So when I told them that, I think that was the third time having to bring it back. When I got that back, I was so ready to get it back and aggravated that I just went on home. They put a different color red than the original red that is on my car. I have a Camry TRD, and it looks like the red of a regular Camry. Not only that, but both sides of my hood do not connect properly and haven’t since I got it from there. I’ve just dealt with it. It’s a lifetime warranty, but I don’t want to take it back there, because it may end up worse than it is.
