I am in absolute horror after I took my car to a different mechanic for a second opinion about a supposed coolant leak, with what they shared with me about the condition of my vehicle. This mechanic is a trusted family friend and told me that Christian brothers used the wrong oil for my vehicle when I brought it to them a few weeks ago. He also doesn’t believe that they changed my oil filter either. He believes that they haven’t been rotating my tires like they say that they are. I was some how out of free on and I’m not accusing anyone of anything because I can’t be sure but a cap was missing on the system. The mechanic believes that because it was left off the gas was leaking out. This is the only place I have taken my car in the last 8 months. Christian brothers both of the most recent times I’ve taken my vehicle there said that I have a coolant leak but couldn’t find where it was and wasn’t sure what was causing it which is the reason I took it else where. To be able to get a second opinion and hopefully find the source if there is one.<br><br>I really liked this place so much because the people in the office are so nice, the courtesy vehicle amenity is so convenient, and they had great reviews. I thought that I found a trustworthy mechanic. I am now worried about everything they have ever done to my car because I don’t think it was done correctly. I will never be returning and I’m writing this review as a warning to be a little apprehensive before you bring your vehicle here. They are very expensive and you just can’t be sure what kind of quality you are getting from them.

Spent over $3500.00 and the Only thing they actually fixed was my thermostat. SMH. Didn't even fix the high beam headlight I asked to be replaced. They also took it upon themselves to do some Unauthorized work! We knew Nothing about it until my husband called to check on the status of our truck. Extremely Disappointed. And Very Unhappy!!!! I feel Totally Used and taken advantage of. Really nice thing to do to a couple on SSD. Let me also add, now my transmission is even worse! Do Not trust this place¡!!! They are a 100% RIPOFF!!!!! I Will be reporting them to the BBB And also checking in to getting my money back for the UNAUTHORIZED WORK!!!!!!! (No matter what it takes!!!!!!)
