Called ahead about an AC Delco alternator. They had one in stock! Drove up there to get it after we got the old one out. He took it out of the box and said someone had to of dropped this thing - it was most definitely broken and there were metal pieces broken off. He wasn't sure how soon he could get me a replacement with Thanksgiving coming up, so he checked for other options and said they had a brand new one at their warehouse and he'd sell it to me for $400 (usually $500+). He drove over to the warehouse and picked it up himself. Awesome customer service!

And I quote, “my coworker said it is such a small part, you might as well order it online.”<br><br>I will, probably two of them. And then I’ll order the other 16 parts I needed online as well.<br><br>If this is the type of response you’re giving customers over the phone, how do you ever expect to compete with an online competitor?<br><br>Don’t bother changing the name, just close your doors.
