I called StandFast Towing Ltd. for roadside assistance after discovering my truck dead in my Norfolk driveway when I woke up early for work. It was just 7 a.m., yet someone answered immediately away and had a driver there in within 20 minutes. He tested the battery, explained what was going on, and took care of me without making a huge issue out of it. The entire encounter felt honest and straightforward, which I greatly loved.

Horrible service and inept employees. My son was involved in a car accident a week ago. He called StandFast for a tow. It took over two hours for someone to help him. Then, the tow driver left his car in an illegal parking spot that was clearly marked that you had to have a pass to park there. Needless to say, my son’s car got towed yet again. He went the next day to get some stuff out of his car only to find it gone. We got socked with another expensive bill to get it released from the second tow yard. Both my son and I called Stand Fast to explain the situation given their driver was at fault. However, they would not take any responsibility and left us hanging. I would avoid this company at all costs. Customer service is not a priority.

In the midst of desperately needing for a towing truck, and outta all the other places this company was the only who responded for my call. Dispatch were highly communicative and responsive for all of my questions. Towing gentleman came with his truck on time to the specified place and is extensively knowledgeable about not only his job but also about all other cars he’s working on. I was convinced that my car is in safe hands of professionals and left unconcerned that job will get done right.
