A friend of mine was stopped by the police and they called Central Towing to pick up his car after he was arrested. The car sat in impound for maybe 32 hours and the bill came to $589.00. I know he hàs a business to run and I'm cool with that. I just thought that was a little steep. I will say one thing about this company. Nothing was missing out of the car. So they are honest folks. A friend from màny years ago who worked for a wrecker service would brag about all the stuff he would take from the cars he would tow. He is deceased now but it made me question towing companies. Not all wrecker services are honest. Thank you for taking care of my friends car.

He threatened my elderly mother in person humiliated her, emberaced her and how he was some big bad man that's no one to be messing around with how he'd take her license away and how if she lived in a trailer she wouldn't be able to afford the sticker for it till she paid him so I called simply for an itemized bill for the fact that I felt that he was clearly overcharging he refused to do so told me off on the phone then hung up and has refused to answer back. This man is nothing but a overcharging elderly abusing coward and should absolutely lose his license and job.

Response time was great, customer service and patience from the tow truck driver to let me get my stuff out and to meet me at the yard after I forgot valuables in my vehicle 10/10 using these guys again ! Thanks Pete
