I am not happy. I had to have my 5 month old vehicle in to get repaired because of an accident with a car part on the interstate. They had my car for over a month. I was supposed to get it back on the 21st of Oct, but then it was extended to the 28th because they needed extra parts. Ok fine. The 29th comes and they weren't able to get my car to me until the next day. The next day comes and they were waiting on the 4 wheel alignment that couldn't be completed that day either. So I had to wait until the next day. I reach out to them to find out the status and they said it should be done by 4:30 l, but it was done by 5. Ok, that's fine. I show up at 5:32 to drop off the rental and then pick up the car, but no one could take the payment because they leave a 5:30. So now I had to go another day without my car. Well I come in the next morning to pick up my car and the key isn't opening the door. Weird, but it got figured out. I'm driving home and I get an engine overheating warning. I pull over thinking what the heck. I thought it was my oil that was causing the issue so I drive to Take 5 to get the oil changed. Turns out the oil was not the issue. Apparently my radiator was leaking coolant. So you had my car for over a month and didn't no the car was leaking coolant? . So no I'm back here waiting to see what the issue is. As I stated before, I'm not happy. This will be the first and last time I come here for body work.

Please check this review before going here. Do not choose this shop to repair your vehicle. I dropped off my 2021 Camaro here to be repaired, the first issue is the lady they sent to speak to me was wearing AirPods, very unprofessional and lacking work experience. She proceeded to tell me my car MIGHT be done the first week of December but could take longer due to holidays and shipping of parts, says she will keep me updated, didn’t hear a single word from her until December 6th when she texts me- not calls- saying my car is ready for pick up and they will be there til 5. I’m out of town for work so I tell her I will pick up Monday morning then she goes on saying that I’m going to be charged because my insurance only covers til my car is ready. So now she’s implying that I’m going to be charged 2 days of rental because of a date she MIGHT have thought I was going to get my car back. Also my rental was through enterprise so I’m not so sure why a employee from the collision center is telling me I will be charged through a different company especially when I dropped it off enterprise said there was no charge just proving she was lacking experience. Then upon pickup to make it even better, the inside of my car there’s a button to change driving modes, I go to change modes and the button is completely loose and not working. I know for a fact that I didn’t break it because I always keep my car in the same mode and when I got in the car it was in a different mode and now I’m unable to change driving modes which is pretty important. This is how I figured out it was broken because I went to change it back and what do you know the button is not working and completely loose not making any connection. I go back in and ask the lady if they can come back out to look at my car and here comes the employee of the month with her AirPods in and as soon as I politely tell her what was wrong she immediately gets defensive and starts saying “oh we wouldn’t have anything to do with the inside, it wouldn’t have been us”. Maybe if they let there employees wear AirPods she should listen to a podcast on how to be professional or deal with customers properly . She repeats this once until I tell her that I didn’t drop it off this way so it should be fixed she immediately turns around and goes to get her manager which is a huge red flag indicating she has no idea what’s going on. The manager comes out I tell him exactly what happened next thing I know he’s getting even more defensive saying they wernt messing around on the inside and it wouldn’t have been them but he understands and it’s really just a faulty button and it just so happened that it broke when they had it but swears still no one touched it even though the car is in a different mode than what I dropped it off in. So basically I dropped my car off here to be repaired and something that had nothing to do with the exterior damage was broken under their supervision and they are claiming they have no responsibility for it and I will have to pay my money to have my whole center console taken out to have this button repaired. Obviously someone was leaning or applying enough pressure to this button for it to be damaged and yet both employees I spoke too were defensive from the start of the convo and couldn’t offer any solution except that I had to pay for it because it was probably a faulty button. Basically their word vs mine but I think if you drop your car off and something broken that wasn’t before drop off it should not be my responsibility because now I’ll probably have to pay a ridiculous amount of money but also get caught in more insurance bs to get this handled. Do not ever take your car here because they do not care about your belongings and they don’t ever make mistakes here.

Had my truck repaired before they were bought out, and the work was good. This time the work was cheaper than Maaco in quality and workmanship. had to return multiple times for work that was not completed of half completed. Now that I look at things more closely. There was a part, I guess that lost while working on it, and the used glue instead of replacing the missing piece. also left a bunch of painter's tape all under the door panel. I will never go back to them again or recommend them. I have notified my insurance company how dissatisfied I am. No place should be this shady in their work.
