Had a great experience with Great Bridge Muffler and Brake. I grew up in the area, and visiting family. Needed to get state inspection done, and the inspector was starting a hair early. Was able to get my vehicle right in, and service was prompt.<br><br>While waiting in the indoor seating area, I saw other technicians speaking with other customers, and all seemed very knowledgeable, and great customer service orientation, and was friendly.<br><br>Front desk associate Jamie was very helpful and a nice guy. Don’t see shops run like this very often anymore, and if I ever needed work done, I’d probably drive all the way here to have them take care of my vehicle.<br><br>I’d highly recommend anyone that lives in the area.

Went in to fix a tire and unfortunately it was not fixable according to sales man. 3 days later when my husband went to pick up our rim because no tire came in the previous 2 days amazingly enough it was on the rim. No communication was made by this shop to either of us. Just bad customer service all around

I had to have service for both of my company vans before I went on a family vacation the following week. From a vehicle inspection to a/c work they got it done for me. I really appreciated them going the extra mile considering how busy they were.
