I came into the store yesterday to order some parts. Everyone was very pleasant except the manager. She was very unprofessional i heard her constantly complaining and berating her employees. I felt very uncomfortable. She had the biggest attitude problem she is a very impatient person i was trying to figure out exactly what part my car needed and It felt like she was just rushing me. In my opinion she needs some training on how to be more professional in her role.

I love Mrs Lori. She’s the best. The customer service is impeccable and they really care. Mrs Lori is so knowledgeable about her job and great down to earth people person. When I come in my visit is about so much more than the part I’m looking for. Best parts store in town.

Very friendly, I came in to swap my battery for the Suburban, and as I walked in a very nice lady quickly grabbed a cart, ready for me to put the battery in.<br>Last time I went in for a couple electrical items, and I forgot what the tool I needed was, and an employee saw me looking and we got it found immediately, and got me on my way. I like going here, its got everything I need, and prices are fair market, and parts quality is good.
