I usually let Firestone on Troy Highway do all my maintenance on my vehicle. Decided to try and support a black business. 10 OUT OF 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. I got my brake pads replaced and all four of my center caps were on my vehicle. After I picked up my truck, I didn’t realize the center cap was missing until I got to my destination and the shop was already closed. I called prior to going back to the shop and the young lady that answered told me okay to come on to the shop. When I arrived to the shop, the bay manager said the center caps were on there when he finished the vehicle and even if it came off while I was driving they wouldn’t replace it.<br><br>Moral of the story:<br><br>If a $20 center cap can’t be replaced, imagine if it were something major!
