I came to this pep boys in regards to my tires being low. I was about to get on the road (4+ hour drive) and wanted to ensure my safety on the road. The guy said there was only an issue with my front passenger tire which was a leak and it could be patched. Then he came back and said my TPMS sensor was broken and they could repair that also. I agreed and once my car was finished I paid $124 for the service. Once I got in my car the sensor light was still on, I proceeded to go inside and ask the associate why the light was still on. He said “drive it for 10-20 minutes and the light will go off”. It has been a week and the light is still on. I am completely dissatisfied with the fact that I have reached out to corporate about this issue and nothing. I will absolutely not recommend this pep boys for anyone to go to. I paid for a service to be fixed and it was not, and the associates there are acting like it is my fault when I told them to check every tire.

On December 3rd, the team at Pep Boys on Zelda Rd did outstanding work on my daughter’s Kia Soul. They replaced the battery, brakes, rotors, tie rods, calipers, performed an oil change, and handled a few other needed repairs. The gentleman I worked with, Frank, was exceptional. His customer service skills were excellent—very polite, professional, and knowledgeable.<br><br>Frank and one of the technicians completed all the work quickly and with great quality, and the price was more than fair. I truly appreciate their honesty, efficiency, and care. I highly recommend this location for anyone needing reliable and trustworthy automotive service. They truly deserve the community’s support!

Stopped by this tire shop when one of mine went flat, and they took care of me right quick. The fellas knew their stuff, helped me pick the right set without tryin to upsell nothin I didn’t need. They had me back on the road in no time, tires balanced and ridin smooth. Price was fair, service was friendly, and the whole job was done clean. I’ll be comin back here next time my truck needs new rubber.
