I had my Nissan (2021) picked up and towed to their garage. I was told that the had to order two pieces and that they would have the car fixed…. Fast forward a week later I pick my car up and it cuts off while I’m pulling out of the garage parking lot! Granted my car was out of gas… they manager saw what happened and drove my car to the gas station, I told them that my car sounded weird… the manager and another guy looked at my car and told me to bring it back Monday (Dec 29th) however while looking under the hood the manager says “We changed the starter) I paid 693$ for a starter (mind Yall I was told it was something else on the phone) I told them I was moving back to Georgia… I got in my car and made it to Lagrange Ga my car stalled out twice (I almost caused an car accident both times) I would hit 70 miles and the car would stall or just stop. I honestly feel like I got ripped off 300$ for labor and almost 400 dollars for parts (a starter from the managers knowledge). I eventually made it safely to Atlanta. Do not take your car here… I don’t know if I was ripped off because I’m a black female or what but yeah 700 down the drain.

They did a transmission fluid change on my car after almost every other shop in Montgomery turned me away. The price was also less than half of what the dealership quoted. They explained everything very clearly, even for someone like me who’s not a native English speaker. Honest, professional, and highly recommended!
