Johnny came out to our yard in Lafayette, and the communication with Johnny, his wife, and his son has been excellent.<br><br>Over the past 5+ years, he has towed our trucks from Lake Charles to Baton Rouge and back to Lafayette, Louisiana. We’ve built a great business relationship during that time.<br><br>They answer our calls 24/7 — you truly can’t beat that level of service. Service is always quick, rain or shine. Johnny is very professional and laid back, which makes working with him easy.<br><br>I highly recommend using this company if you ever need towing services. I’ve already passed his information along to both my company and our customers.

was in a serious accident and slid off the road. I called this towing company and was quoted $2,000 to tow my truck to their yard. When the driver arrived, we both assessed the situation and confirmed that my truck was in good condition and could be driven—unstyled. Yet he insisted on towing it, citing minor scratches as excuse. Then he deliberately unplugged my trailer’s lights and claimed it couldn’t leave without a full tow. He even notified the police, but I repaired the lights myself and offered to drive off. He refused.<br><br>I spent the entire night, covered in mud and bitten by insects, waiting in the ditch because he wouldn’t tow me. Eventually, he towed me to their lot in the morning—and then kept my trailer hostage. They repeatedly delayed loading it, giving excuses like “we’ll come tonight,” “we’ll come tomorrow morning,” etc. This went on over 24 hours with no access to bathroom or shower.<br><br>When I finally left to wash up, they never followed through. Instead, they billed me $21,500—over three times the original $7,000 estimate. They billed for:<br>• alleged fuel spill cleanup (didn’t happen),<br>• hourly forklift rental charged like day-rent,<br>• every hour the truck sat in the ditch.<br><br>They repeatedly used threats—claiming they’d increase the bill if I didn’t pay immediately. Meanwhile, my cargo was damaged by rain in their yard and now ruined. My broker opened a claim, and they demanded $1,500 just to release the damaged load.<br><br>This was disgustingly dishonest and abusive. I desperately needed help and instead got taken advantage of. Stay far away from this company—they will extort you and ruin your business.<br><br>⸻<br><br>Tip: Always get multiple quotes and contract terms in writing before authorizing any towing or storage, and insist on itemized billing.

I had a very disappointing experience with this towing service. I got stuck and called them for help. We agreed on a price of $2,000 to pull my truck out and transport it to their yard. However, once they arrived, the process was slow and unprofessional.<br><br>After the job was done, they suddenly raised the bill to $6,000, claiming additional charges like fuel cleanup (even though there was no fuel spill), and other vague fees that were never discussed beforehand. It was clear they were just inflating the price.<br><br>I wasn’t prepared for this huge bill, and since I didn’t have that kind of money on hand, they refused to release my vehicle until full payment was made. They kept pressuring and threatening me — saying that if I didn’t pay quickly, they would increase the fee even more for “storage” and “delay.”<br><br>There was no room for discussion, no flexibility, and no professionalism. Just threats and manipulation. I finally had to pay the full amount just to get my truck back.<br><br>I strongly do not recommend using this towing service. Completely dishonest, unreliable, and disrespectful. Beware.
