I always have very pleasant experiences with lake Jackson towing but Mr Tony was amazing last week. He was very attentive and friendly. Even went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and understood what was happening. I highly recommend him if your looking for someone to tow you.

Had my vehicle substantially damaged by this tow company and received zero support from them. Negligent driver scratched my bumper and provided me a number to call Scott. My conversation with Scott was unnecessarily contentious and his primary sentiment was “I don’t believe you”. I did not receive an apology for the loss of my valuable time nor the carelessness of the driver. Furthermore, I had to circumvent the company to find their insurance information which should have been readily provided to me. This is a shady, low class business who prioritizes their perceived well being over the satisfaction of their patrons. Stay away!!!

I drove my little car so deep n the mud, even the mud thought it was funny. I called Lake Jackson Towing and Adrian got here in less than a half hour and he knew more about what my car had in the trunk to help the situation then I did! Plus, he brought his assistant who helped lift my spirits because I was very late to work. I’d call them again in a flash. Really outstanding service.
