Signage to get their number was clear and easy to find. When I called, they picked up quickly (no exaggerated hold time). The lady who answered instructed me on what to do and costs. The transaction was easy and tap to pay friendly. Chime has this weird thing that they ask for the pin that I can’t seem to get pass but the front desk lady knew what to do. I wasn’t there no more than 10 minutes. The owner is a cool guy too. Thanks again.

Before going to see where my car was i read the reviews they weren't very nice so I didn't know what to expect I called and the young lady was quiet pleasant I went in she was even nicer and I told her your reviews are disturbing. Long story short don't believe everything you read.they were very helpful Thanks for helping.

I was coming down Orange Ave from FAMU in Tallahassee around 5:30pm on 01/14/2026 and ended up with a flat tire due to something puncturing it heading towards their building. I turned in as my back left tire hit 0 for pressure. I went in to the office to see if anyone could help, to which the woman behind the counter told me "Nobody here can help you."<br><br>NOT EVEN 20 MINUTES LATER (Post clock out): Three guys walked out of the office (Stan and John, plus 1 more). Stan notices me and asks if I have a spare and need assistance. I respond yes to both. He turns to go get a jack and John follows. They come back with NOT ONLY a jack but also a drill to make the process faster.<br><br>THANK YOU STAN AND JOHN!!!
