I do not recommend Towmasters to anyone. On December 14 around 6pm, after I was hit and run over by a vehicle, Towmasters towed my truck to their yard. I own a tow business myself (Aaqil with Roadside Launch), and the vehicle they towed was my tow truck.<br><br>While my truck was in their possession, cameras and other equipment were stolen from it. I reported this and spoke with their “claims department,” but I never received any real follow-up. When I eventually spoke with the owner, there was no accountability—he immediately took his employee’s side, and acted as if the missing property wasn’t their responsibility.<br><br>It got worse when I paid $1,700 to have my truck towed out of their yard. I repeatedly asked dispatch to have the driver call me so I could confirm the drop-off location. The driver never contacted me. I also was never notified when the truck was dropped off. When I called dispatch, they told me it had already been delivered.<br><br>I drove 30 minutes to the address I was told, and the truck wasn’t there. It was left about a quarter mile away on someone else’s property—sitting on their lawn. Then we couldn’t locate the keys. Dispatch had me waiting for hours for an answer, and by 11pm I was told I’d have to wait until the next morning to get the key. I was genuinely worried my truck would be towed again because of where they left it. The next morning I finally got the key, drove back, and had to move my crashed truck myself to the correct address.<br><br>Towmasters was careless, unprofessional, and showed zero concern for the situation. I want a refund for the tow and I want my stolen cameras returned—my actual cameras, not replacements. Based on my experience, I believe people should be extremely careful dealing with this company.

0/10 would NOT recommend<br><br>Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable experience.<br><br>After an accident, this company towed a friend’s vehicle, and multiple personal items were missing afterward, including cameras, a wallet, and other belongings. These items were in the vehicle prior to the tow, and the car was taken while the owner was transported to the hospital by ambulance. Draw your own conclusions.<br><br>What made the situation worse was the company’s response — or lack of one. Management showed no concern, no accountability, and no willingness to investigate or assist. Their indifference strongly suggests they either condone this behavior or simply do not care about operating a reputable business.<br><br>Professionalism across the board was nonexistent. The office staff was disrespectful, disengaged, and more focused on personal matters than helping customers. The tow drivers were careless, showed no concern for proper handling of the vehicle, and demonstrated poor communication.<br><br>To make matters even worse, after paying over $1,500, the vehicle was dropped off at the wrong destination.<br><br>Between the missing property, lack of assistance, and overall unprofessional conduct from both employees and the owner, I would strongly advise others to avoid this company entirely.

Waited almost two hours in a very bad spot barely off the road in a construction zone. Finally called them. They said they had called me and got a fax machine, so obviously something didn’t work right. Instead of trying again or showing up to the spot they had gps coordinates to, they just didn’t show up. They said it would be another two hours and to just call and it reassigned by the insurance. The insurance reassigned it to another company who called me no problem and showed up quicker than estimated and got my car loaded up. Next time, I’ll just call them directly and let the insurance reimburse me rather than spending 3 hours on the side of the road.
