I wish I could talk to you in person Smitty.. I have used your services many times years back to haul work trucks and occasionally a shed. Anyway I'm reading some of the reviews and see that most of the bad ones are in conection to PD contract calls. I understand there is a set of rules to follow and added cost that comes with that. For the guy that says he will use Complete instead I would tell him that they fallow the exact same policies when dealing with impoundments. It is frustrating I have been on that side of the counter myself. Prehaps though you could educate me on the policy when it comes to personal items left behind in vehicles after PD holds are lifted? In this case the young lady involved never had it in her name and can not track down the last person who legally owned it. (I know) Is there any way she can retrieve things like baby clothes dipers whipes and pictures she had to leave behind? If not I understand but if there is a way she would be very grateful. I will check back for a response here as I don't really want to leave my number on a review. lol

So when you google smitty’s it’s across the street from the location that you get from the old address so I did give google the correct address for Smitty’s towing & services!

Slid off the road and got stuck in about 4-5 feet of snow in a ditch, Kevin responded quicker than the tow company that the police called in for me and he was EXTREMELY kind, helpful and gave clear direction on what I needed to do in the driver seat to get out of the ditch. Thank GOD there were no injuries, there is no damage to my vehicle and thank GOD for Smitty’s!
