I would give zero stars if I could. Copart in Davison/Flint received my car after it had been in a collision. When I went to retrieve my belongings, they had already gone through and helped themselves to the contents of my center console but left the random other things I had in the car. Management was no help in trying to get my items back. They stated “it happens all the time, file a police report and insurance claim”. Excuse me? Happens all the time? Wow. If it happens all the time you’d think you’d discharge the employees involved. Beware of thieving employees and complicit management!

These people are literally just goons who will harass you if you have to deal with them. My insurance wanted to total out my car, I wasn’t sure because the damage wasn’t even that bad so I wanted a little bit of time to decide. These guys would NOT stop calling me, even giving me some ridiculous attitude and acting upset because they didn’t have MY car yet. Felt like I was being extorted the whole time

If i could give zero stars i would. Hit a deer with my car, insurance sent my car here, i made it very clear that due to sentimental reasons no matter what the case with my car i would be getting it back, that it would be returned to me no matter what. So they take my car, then they do my estimate, they also took stuff off my car that they had no right doing! Even if it was little trinkets or stickers, they were mine, just as my car mine. Their reply was they have too many cars to keep track of one persons requests, or the fact that they knew i was retaining my car didnt matter.
