Paul, Maggie, and Ken have helped me several times in the past 12 mos but this last time they went above and beyond. On a fridged day I was going to work seeing several accidents along the way. Little did I know someone would lose control while I was sitting at a stop light and crash into my SUV leaving it immobilized. It usually takes hours to just get a tow truck to come and give you a jump start on a fridged day let alone tow you to safety. I was stuck in the middle of a busy intersection. I remembered the great service I got from ALL WAYS TOWING and hoped they could help. They were there in minutes!! Paul hooked up my SUV and pulled it safely to a nearby parking lot. Ken was in a second truck and told me to warm up in the passenger seat while we waited for the police. After I gave my report, Paul took my SUV to their lot and Ken offered to drive me to work just a few blocks away. I can't thank them enough!! Paul, Maggie, and Ken didn't make me feel like just another customer. They made me feel like family.
