Not sure why some of these other reviews are so negative because my experience was the complete opposite. I had my alternator replaced and everything was handled quickly and professionally. Communication was clear the whole time, pricing was upfront, and the work was done right without any hassle. It honestly feels like some people might be talking about a completely different company. I’d definitely recommend.

Unreliable and unprofessional. I hired this guy to work on my car during a cross-country move with two small kids and a baby. He took payment upfront, didn’t follow through with clear communication, and gave attitude when I asked for a refund — even joked about me being stuck out here. He never mentioned any restocking fees or partial refund policy before payment, then tried to keep money without proof of service. When I asked for a proper refund, he got sarcastic and threatened to come to my hotel. Totally inappropriate. If you're in a tough spot or traveling, do not trust this guy with your money or vehicle. You deserve someone who treats customers with basic respect and follows through on their word.
