I have used many tow companies in the Wasilla area and Towz R Us has been the best! I called the others I've used and they all quoted $100 to $150 more than Tows R Us did. They also gave the most reasonable arrival time period than the others. We were told it would be 45 min and instead they arrived within 15 minutes of my call. It was late in the evening, dark, cold & snowing. The driver was very nice, friendly and took the time to determine the best way to get my car back on the road without damage, yet got it done in a very timely manner. The payment process was quick and easy and I received an emailed receipt. I give them 5 stars because they deserved it in my book. They will be the first ones I call when I need a tow-truck again.

Very good experience! Scheduled to have my trailer picked up one day and they called me a day earlier to see if I’d like it sooner, in which I was very happy to receive it sooner, very good pricing for the job, very good timing on pickup and drop off time and on top of that the driver had the nicest attitude I told him where I wanted it parked as long as it’s possible and he responded with anythings possible with a smile on his face, so I highly recommend if you need help to call these guys!!
