My son lives in Ft Collins and I live in Georgia. He was in need of some major repairs on his truck. I researched and found Scotts and then had a nice talk with Sam, the service advisor. They had his truck towed to the shop, analyzed the situation and send me their recommendations. We discussed in detail and with in 2 days the truck was running and performing better than it has in years. Sam took the reins and communicated with both me and my son all along the way. I was happy that I found someone that I could trust from the other side of the country. I would rate more than 5 stars for their work. Thanks Sam and the entire staff at Scotts !

Scott's is not cheap, but they do good quality work. They repaired all of our list items in one day (I even added a few more services to be done) and even stayed later to test drive on a Friday night to get the job completely done on our work truck! Wow, impressive, i don't leave reviews, but was very impressed and appreciative of the Scott's Automotive Staff! Thanks all.

Justin-Manager, and Jim at the front desk were friendly, knowledgeable, and pleasant. The technicians did a great job on their work on my vehicle. Scott's is thorough, also giving me diagnostic information for future possible needs. The waiting area is comfortable & goes the extra mile. They also serve their clients with shuttle service home if desired or needed. I'll be passing their info along to anyone needing a mechanic!
