ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! My car was involved in an accident on 4/28/25. I went to get the belongings out of my car 5 days later and they couldn’t find my keys. Then I saw the state of my car. They literally have the cars piled on top of each other. Attached is a picture. They are in bed with Bloomfield police department so if you get into an accident in Bloomfield, you can tell the police officer you do not want your car taken to this lot. My lawyer informed me of this. UPDATE: I received a response from the owner stating that he's sorry that the cars were "slightly" touching one another. Well today (5/12) my car was towed to my auto body shop, the first is the picture of what the car looked like on the tow bed going to ECRB, the second is what my car looked like when it reached my auto body place today. The entire front bumper is gone and the air conditioner condenser is completely smashed. My insurance company has pictures and informed me that this is what the car looked like leaving the ECRB lot. The car has double the amount of damage than it had before it entered ECRB's lot! I went to the Bloomfield police station today to swear out a complaint. I will be suing them. I also stopped at ECRB towing today and guess what? I still can't get a hold of the owner or the manager! BIG SHOCK! I have called 5 times since my accident and they absolutely refuse to call back. These people are thieves pure and simple.

I would give 0 stars if allowed! This place charged me $683 then added $28 as a 4% card fee on a DEBIT CARD!! That is so illegal, I contacted my attorney because I can only imagine how many people has experienced this kind of rip off as if their fees aren’t already outrageous!! Poor company!! & they’re supposed to be working with the police, smfh they need to be in jail themselves!

My vehicle was stuck in a really difficult location, and honestly, I had no idea how anyone was going to get it out without causing some damage. But Troy handled the situation like a true professional — calm, confident, and clearly experienced. His skill and patience turned what could’ve been a stressful mess into a smooth and efficient recovery.<br><br>What stood out most about Troy was his professionalism and genuine care for both the car and the customer. He treated my vehicle like it was his own, making sure everything was done safely and correctly. You could tell he takes real pride in his work and in representing ECRB. It’s rare these days to find someone who combines technical skill, excellent communication, and great customer service all in one — but Troy did exactly that. I couldn’t be more thankful for his help and would highly recommend him and ECRB to anyone who needs reliable towing or roadside assistance.
