I had a fantastic experience today with the help of Megan over the phone, who kindly and professionally assisted me after someone fraudulently claimed to own my office building and had my car and my friend's car towed off the lot. This was a really stressful experience that Megan helped smooth over with empathy and compassion. I recommend this business highly and I'm glad they were the ones who helped me resolve the issue. Said that my vehicle will be picked up. Called and said my vehicle was picked up. And give me a payment link. Come to find out the vehicle was never picked up. I paid and never got a proof of refund. There’s many other tow companies to call think twice about this one.

Dalton was outstanding, courteous, and caring. He he arrived at the exact time he said he would. Which was less than 10 minutes. It was 9 PM at night, raining and we had two blown out tires. He made sure we safely got into our Uber before he left. He contacted me when he dropped the car off, gave me all the information. Dalton was an absolute Angel. He’s definitely an amazing young man and any company would me lucky to have him as an employee. 3 old ladies on vacation.
