Rudest people I have ever spoke to. The office staff raised their voices at 2 teens for asking why we were towed. We were towed for parking on the side of the street near my house, with no signs. When we asked for proof they refused to give us any. Instead of staying calm and explaining the situation to us, they chose to yell and not give us a valid reason as to why we were towed. Worst experience i’ve ever had with a business that SHOULD be professional.

Towed two vehicles, gave NO PROOF we were in reserved parking. When we went to pick it up, we were told we couldn’t get our money back even if we PROVED there were no signs. When I walked out, we over heard them mocking us, and another party involved. They talk crap, are unethical, and not worth giving ANY business too. We will be filing with the BBB.
